Menu Selections

Hello CJA Members and Friends,

Here is the menu for the Saturday meals on the 2008 Spring Meet in Solvang this year. Please make your selections, fill out the form at the end, and mail your choices and payment checks to Roger McWilliams.

Saturday Dinner Banquet Schedule:

Dinner Menu (at $43 per person):
Mixed Greens with Carrots, Cucumbers and Ranch Dressing
Mixed Baby Greens with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette and Gorgonzola Cheese
Toasted Barley Salad with Pancetta and Rosemary

Citrus Pound Cake with Marinated Assorted Berries (Plated and Served)
Served with Fresh Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and assorted Hot Teas
Iced Tea upon request.

Saturday Lunch Menu (at $18 per person, served at Nojoqui Falls picnic)

Lunch Box #1
Golden Farms Smoked Turkey Breast with brie, mayonaise, fresh basil and tomato on a croissant. Served with penne pasta salad with fresh asparagus, dill and toasted pine nuts; fresh fruit salad; homemade chocolate chip cookie with pecans.

Lunch Box #2
Golden Farms Mortadella Salami, Deluxe Ham and Provolone Cheese with lettuce, mayonaise, honey mustard and a side of Italian Dressing on a French Roll. Served with tortellini salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, onions, and pine nuts; fresh fruit salad; white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

Lunch Box #3
Rare Roast Beef and aged yellow Cheddar Cheese on a sourdough baguette with lettuce, tomato, Bermuda onions, and horseradish sauce. Served with basil pasta salad with marinated artichoke hearts, feta cheese, and kalamata olives; fresh fruit salad; homemade chocolate chip cookie.

Lunch Box #4
Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, aged yellow cheddar cheese, Bermuda onions, roasted garlic mayonaise, and Dijon mustard. Served with roasted corn salad; fresh fruit salad; french roll with butter; homemade lemon crisp cookie.

Lunch Box #5
Balsamic Chicken Salad made with Smoked Roasted Chicken Breast, red grapes, scallions, and roasted walnuts, dressed with walnut oil and Balsamic Vinegrette. Served with fresh fruit salad; french roll with butter; homemade lemon crisp cookie.
